Opening the Crown chakra is believed to be the last step to enlightenment. The Crown chakra is driven by consciousness and allows us to connect with the Universe, Divine, Source, or God. It is associated with the central nervous system, cerebral cortex, pituitary gland, and the master gland, which regulates all other glands of the body.. The Crown chakra is most commonly represented with the color white, although it can also be depicted as violet and sometimes gold.
The Third-Eye chakra or 6th chakra is located between the eyebrows. For this reason, it is also referred to as the Brow Chakra. This chakra is associated with the pituitary gland. It is the area of the body that responds to healthy attitudes about yourself and others. As we mature we develop a knowing and intuition that can be used to understand situations we might not have been able to cope with when we were younger. Wisdom, knowledge, intuition, and discernment are all part of the Third-Eye Chakra. It’s connected to the Higher mind and enlightenment.
The Throat Chakra is the chakra of communication, self-expression, and judgment. Also known as the Vishuddha, this Chakra rules self-expression and speaking one’s truth, the written word, poetry, faith, and willpower. It governs creativity and your ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
The throat chakra not only manages the health of the physical throat but also the etheric areas it relates to as well. It also relates to hearing your inner voice, and the energy of speech which supports you with speaking your truth. The psychic gift of clairaudience is governed by this area, as it also covers the area of the ears.

The Heart Chakra governs your physical heart and lungs. It is essential to your physical supply of energy and vitality as well as the love that nourishes and supports us. When you are centered in love, your life has purpose and meaning. It is your Divine nature to be loving, kind, compassionate and respectful toward yourself and others. When you begin to grow personally and spiritually, you are able to give love freely and unconditionally and receive it in the same way.
The solar plexus chakra filters energy into your vital organs so they can break down nutrients for digestion. This happens in your physical body with food and in your mental body as ideas. The solar plexus is directly related to your self-worth and self-esteem. If you do not honor yourself and know that you are worthy, your sense of personal identity will be weak. This chakra is also related to confidence and freedom of choice. It reflects how you see yourself and how you utilize your inner power.
The sacral chakra is connected to your ability to enjoy the physical pleasures of life. It’s responsible for your overall well-being and sense of deservingness. Do you feel that you are deserving of the good things life has to offer? This will determine the extent to which you are able to receive pleasure and abundance. If you don’t believe that you deserve pleasure, this chakra may become imbalanced. The sacral also represents physical reproduction and the birth of creativity and ideas.
