My mission is to help you further develop your self-healing abilities and increase your confidence in helping others heal themselves as well! I will help you awaken the healer within so you can become the person you are meant to be and live life to the fullest. I want to help you accelerate your own self-healing and achieve optimum health in mind, body, spirit and emotions.
I'm here to support you as you awaken and recognize the power you have to completely transform your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing.
How I got here
In my exploration and research of how to reverse fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and mild depression, I discovered that I could heal myself from the inside out.
It was through this experience I realized that I wanted to help others (connect with them, understand them, and help them heal and grow.) That’s where I have focused my energy and studies for well over a decade now.
I know that when you are out of balance within your mind, body, and spirit, you will struggle to live the life you truly desire. My experiences have led me to develop the knowledge + wisdom to help you cultivate your inner power and fulfill your highest potential.
If you tend to live in your head, worry about the future, dwell on the past, and lack harmony between your Higher Self and Inner Self, (which is intimately connected to their joy and peace), I can help you deeply heal on all levels so you can live a happy, healthy, and peaceful life.
How I do it
I use a unique approach that integrates my skills as an educator and life coach with energy balancing techniques, such as Reiki, essential oils and chakra balancing. It brings me great pleasure to support those who are on a journey personal development & spiritual growth.
